Rocksteady is the UK's largest rock and pop school, teaching fun and inclusive band lessons to over 100,000 children each week in thousands of primary schools across the country. 

When you do something you love, some of the best moments of your life happen at work. We all play a part in helping children develop the self-belief to succeed, which means we’re privileged to be there for some truly magical moments. 

As the biggest team of musicians in the UK, we’re a community of like-minded people using our talents to make the world a little bit better for the children we teach. We treat our colleagues as friends, cheer each other on, understand each other’s challenges and do our best to help. We’re all individuals who express ourselves in different ways but we have two priorities in common: our passion and their future.
